For guests travelling with an electric vehicle, the secure lock-up garage includes an EV charger for your convenience.

Sunrise at Middleton is a modern, stylish home designed for comfort, relaxation and effortless family living.
Downstairs, you will find a spacious king bedroom with its own ensuite and direct access to a private garden courtyard and BBQ area. Set apart from the upstairs bedrooms and living spaces, this peaceful retreat offers added privacy and makes the home ideal for couples, families and multi-generational stays.
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, detergent and cleaning products. We understand how much easier travelling can be when families have everything they need, so a bassinet, portable cot, pusher, baby activity center and baby bath are also available upon request.
Upstairs, the air-conditioned, open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto the alfresco terrace, creating a beautiful space in which to relax, dine and spend time together. The modern kitchen features stone benchtops, quality appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal during your stay.
The spacious queen bedroom includes its own ensuite and generous wardrobe space. The third bedroom has two single beds and convenient access to a third bathroom. Blackout window coverings help create a dark and comfortable sleeping environment, making this room especially suitable for younger children.
Your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. In the event of a power outage, the staircase has emergency lighting, along with an automatic sensor light and a safety gate to help protect our youngest guests.

Throughout the home, you will find quality fittings and furnishings, double-glazed windows, comfortable beds, luxurious linen and beautiful towels. The bathrooms and kitchen are thoughtfully stocked with a range of amenities for your convenience.
As an added benefit, the kitchen has a filtered drinking-water system, allowing you to enjoy fresh drinking water without the need to purchase bottled water.
